Amal x University of Education

University of Education is partnering with Amal Academy to bring the Amal Career-Prep Fellowship to Township Campus this Fall. It's a hands-on, experiential program that's helped over 16,000 students across Pakistan build the confidence, communication, and professional skills to launch meaningful careers — now available right on campus.

What you’ll walk away with

Communication

Communicate clearly and concisely, particularly in English, especially during interviews and eventually in the work environment

Leadership

Identify the key principles around taking initiative and ownership

Teamwork

Solve real-world problems with a human-centred, iterative approach. Understand, ideate, test, refine, and build an entrepreneurial mindset that drives innovation and impact

Analytical Reasoning

Apply analytical reasoning to solve case-based, estimation, psychometric, and logic problems by spotting patterns, reasoning from evidence, and course-correcting at dead ends

Problem Solving

Identify the source of each problem and develop a strategy/action plan for overcoming that problem

Resume & Cover Letter

Create a tailored and professional resume and write an effective cover letter to maximize your chances of securing interviews

Positivity & Resilience

Build resilience by understanding how thoughts and emotions shape performance, reframing setbacks, and using tools like gratitude and self-talk to recover and grow from adversity

Interview skills

Prepare for and make a strong impression in interviews — conveying genuine passion, telling compelling stories, giving specific, impact-driven answers, engaging authentically through non-verbal cues and gratitude, and reflecting afterwards to improve

Networking

Build and maintain genuine professional relationships, both in person and online, by offering mutual value, listening actively, and presenting yourself authentically

Career Growth

Identify and understand your short and long-term goals with clarity on how you intend to achieve them, and develop/implement a strategy to that end
